About the Business
Salisbury & District Value Cars was formed in March 1998 with the intention of providing a fast, reliable service with a strong emphasis on customer care. To this end we introduced a drivers dress code, full driver training and a strict no-smoking policy. At the time these concepts were revolutionary to the taxi industry, but Salisbury & District Value Cars were only falling in line with other public transport providers such as rail, bus and tube, who have long embraced these values.
The standards were set, and since that time we have gone from strength to strength with the original company evolving into The Value Cars Group. We are now the dominant force in our field, with over 100 vehicles, the majority of which are less than 3 years old. Our customer base provides approximately 9,000 jobs per week including many of the Corporate, Ministry of Defence and Local Government contracts in this area.
