About the Business
If you need a collection or delivery quote please use the contact us form here or call on one of our numbers below. Name and address details will be kept on file for admin and reference to jobs completed for example proof of delivery tracking information. Credit/debit card details - will be destroyed once transaction has been completed and in any case within one month. If you cancel your same day delivery before a vehicle is dispatched to your pick up location you will be refunded in full.
If a vehicle is on route to the pick up or at any other point the refund will be less mileage charge for distance covered. This will be advised to you at the time of cancellation and subject to our minimum charge of £29. Refunds will be made via same method you use to pay. We will do all we can to protect your privacy, if you are unsure of anything please feel free to ask and we'll do all we can to help.
